Payment and Refunds

  • National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) Act
  • Intellectual Property Laws
  • Data Protection Regulations
  • CAMA (under CAC)
  • NDPR (Data protection)
  • FCCPA (Consumer protection)
  • Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

Modifications
